Pratiksha Shrestha is an ASCPi-certified Medical Laboratory Technologist with strong experience in clinical laboratory diagnostics and preventive health screening services. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (BSc MLT) from B. P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences (BPKIHS) and is registered with the Nepal Health Professional Council (NHPC).

Her professional experience includes working in modern diagnostic laboratories where she developed expertise in hematology, biochemistry, immunology, and routine diagnostic testing. She is skilled in operating automated laboratory analyzers, performing quality control procedures, and ensuring accurate and reliable laboratory reporting.

At Nursetech Skill Center, she contributes to corporate health screening programs, community health initiatives, and clinical skills training. Her work focuses on supporting early detection of health conditions through reliable diagnostic testing and promoting preventive healthcare among employees and communities.
