Professional Background

With over a decade of academic experience teaching across multiple nursing colleges, Samiksha has played a vital role in shaping the clinical competence, confidence, and professional values of hundreds of nursing students. Her teaching career exposed a critical gap in Nepal’s healthcare system: while nurses graduate with strong theoretical knowledge, they often lack structured practical skill training and continuous professional development opportunities.

Vision and Mission

Driven by a deep passion for the nursing profession and a commitment to patient safety, she established Nursetech Skill Center to bridge the gap between academic education and real-world clinical practice. Her vision is to elevate the standard of nursing practice in Nepal by providing:
